About Vaida
Vaida Kai is a healer, teacher, and intuitive mentor devoted to helping people awaken their authentic essence and step into their soul’s fullest expression. Her journey has been one of deep transformation - from years of personal healing and spiritual exploration to guiding others in their own awakening. Having walked through trauma healing, emotional restoration, and spiritual growth herself, Vaida meets every person she works with compassion, wisdom, and an unwavering belief in their innate ability to heal.
Path and mission
With over 15 years of experience practicing, studying and teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork, and advanced training in holistic practices including ThetaHealing®, Reiki, Ayurveda, trauma-informed yoga, and spiritual coaching, Vaida brings both deep knowledge and lived experience to her work. She embraces yoga in its widest sense - not just as movement but as an eight-limbed path of postures, conscious breathing, meditation, inner stillness, and self-awareness - helping people reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and cultivate true embodiment. Her unique teaching style, often described as powerful yet nurturing, intuitively meets people exactly where they are, supporting profound physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation.
Today, Vaida’s work focuses on SoulDeep retreats, where she offers all of these healing approaches from healing movement, breathwork, mindfulness, conscious relating, energy work, sacred ceremony, which are woven together to help people to reconnect with their bodies, embrace their true selves and align with their souls path. And through her 1:1 ThetaHealing® sessions, Vaida guides people to transform limiting beliefs and subconscious patterns at their root, allowing profound shifts that awaken remembrance of their true essence and highest potential. Her approach is always intuitive and heart-led yet grounded in expertise, creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering space for deep healing and growth.
